Ming Yang traces its roots to 1993 and is headquartered in Zhongshan, China. Ming Yang Smart Energy Group Limited is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (601615.SH) and the London Stock Exchange (MYSE.L).
Wind is our core business. We bring together turbine research and development, advanced manufacturing, project delivery, predictive operations and lifecycle services. Beyond wind, the group also works in solar, energy storage, hydrogen and marine energy, supporting customers building lower-carbon power systems. Across every one of them we apply the same test — more clean electricity delivered, for less carbon, cost and material.
To date, Ming Yang has delivered 171 GW of cumulative renewable energy capacity, more than 2,200 projects, over 25,000 wind turbines, and activity across more than 60 countries and regions.

Engineering for Real-World Conditions
Our research teams work on larger turbine platforms, deep-water and floating offshore applications, hybrid-drive technology, advanced materials and intelligent control. More than 5,000 engineers and researchers across 10 research centres focus on turning research into turbines that perform reliably on site.
Ming Yang holds more than 5,000 patents and has contributed to over 400 international and Chinese national industry standards. That work supports steady gains in energy yield, reliability, manufacturing efficiency and performance across the turbine lifecycle.
